With your choice of three separate function areas to choose from, the Whittlesea Bowls Club can cater for functions of almost any size. Our deck is the perfect location for a barefoot bowls function, something that's a little different. Our facilities can cater for all your corporate events with the use of our board room and equipment such as the projector.
Our chefs have created a delectable range of menus, with function packages available to suit your exact needs.
Our function facilities are just a short drive from Melbourne and perfect for clients from Whittlesea, Donnybrook, Doreen, Mernda, Epping, Eden Park or Kinglake West. We ensure exceptional service and have the experience to create a seamless and successful event.

Blue Room
A cozy room suitable for up to 90 people. Perfect for the extended family dinner, birthday parties, larger business meetings, and all cozy events. The room comes with television screens that can share photo montages or business presentations for your function. Reach out today if you would like to book your event into the Blue Room.
Gold Room
A beautiful room that can cater up to 80 people comfortably. Perfect for that special birthday occasion, conferences, confirmations and Celebrations of Life. The room comes with a projector screen, perfect for photo montages or presentations. If this room suits your upcoming event, reach out now to book your event into the Gold Room.
Full Room
Suitable for up to 200 guests, the Full Function Room suits the larger events. This room is perfect for weddings, live music events, large Celebration of Life functions, school and sporting club presentation days, formals and milestone birthdays. Make sure to book in early for your event and work with our dedicated staff every step of the way to have the event you desire.
Board Room
A small business room that can comfortably sit 12 people. The Board Room comes with a television and projector screen that can be hooked up to your laptop for any business or training session you would like to host.

Deck
Perfect for that outdoor party or Christmas Break Up party. Suitable for up to 80 people, comes with access to the Greens for some Barefoot Bowls.
For the smaller events, we also offer individual tables for up to 8 people each table alongside our Greens.
